Leads the design and implementation of agroforestry and ecosystem restoration programs, supporting community-driven landscape restoration, climate-resilient livelihoods, and sustainable land-use practices while strengthening local capacity and environmental stewardship.

MEAL, Sustainable Agriculture & Climate Change programs Lead


Leads the design, implementation, and coordination of sustainable agriculture and climate-smart programs, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with community needs.

Drives organizational communications, visibility, advocacy, and strategic partnerships with donors, NGOs, private sector, and community stakeholders.

Provides strategic leadership to ensure gender equality, youth inclusion, and social inclusion are fully integrated across programs and operations, with a strong focus on women, youth, and marginalized groups. Leads GESI/YESI assessments, designs inclusive strategies, builds staff and partner capacity, and monitors impact to ensure equitable participation and benefits for all.

Oversees day-to-day operations, manages financial planning and reporting, coordinates logistics and procurement, and ensures efficient use of resources to support timely and effective program implementation.

Livestock Capacity Building

Training farmers in improved animal husbandry, promoting climate-smart livestock systems, and increasing access to quality milk and meat through safe handling and small-scale processing.

Nutrition & Food Security

We enhance community nutrition to prevent malnutrition, stunting, and micronutrient deficiencies by promoting kitchen gardens, diversified diets, and sustainable food systems.

Gender Equality & Social Inclusion

We promote women’s empowerment and youth engagement, support initiatives like Sonke, MenEngage, and End Violence, and ensure inclusive participation in all programs.
